Salary Details
The pay structure is generous and follows the IDA (Industrial Dearness Allowance) pattern, which is revised periodically. During the 2-year training cum probation period, candidates draw a stipend; full pay scales apply only after training is completed successfully.
i) SC/TO & Junior Engineer — Stipend: Rs. 18000/- month (training); Rs. 20,000/- month (Consolidated, post-training period).
ii) Maintainer — Stipend: Rs. 14,000/- month (training); Rs. 16,000/- month (Consolidated, post-training period).
iii) SC/TO & Junior Engineer — Pay Scale: Rs. 33,000/- to Rs. 1,00,000/- (IDA).
iv) Maintainer — Pay Scale: Rs. 20,000/- to Rs. 60,000/- (IDA).
v) Surety Bond: Rs. 2,50,000/- for SC/TO and JE; Rs. 1,25,000/- for Maintainers.
